A lifelong athlete and collegiate basketball player, Clifton has been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from SDSU. In the last 10 years he has taught over 10,000 people while traveling the United States and conducting over 1000 workshops covering different fitness systems for multiple companies, including his own.
Jim Ferris is a Philadelphia based trainer whose clientele includes professional athletes, local teams, everyday fitness enthusiasts, and maybe a celebrity or two. Jim’s 20 year expertise in the training field, along with his dynamic and creative training style keeps players, coaches and clients coming back year after year. Jim has worked with the highest of levels in the NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB, along with many NCAA athletes whether it is by team or individual. Jim Ferris will teach you exactly what you need to take your career and/or fitness to the next level.
Mike Stella is a leading expert in sports medicine, rehab, and performance training, with over 20 years of experience helping athletes and active individuals move pain-free and perform at their highest level. As the founder of The Movement Underground, Mike has pioneered a cutting-edge approach that blends strength, movement science, and hands-on therapy to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. He’s known for delivering no-nonsense, high-impact strategies that challenge outdated industry norms. Brady grew up in a small town playing every sport he could get his hands on.l While playing baseball in college, he started his first business, DAC Baseball, which aimed to provide his athletes with the knowledge and training he wished he had growing up. He is now the owner of DAC Performance and Health, whose aim is to help every human being achieve whatever it is they have the capacity to achieve. The athletes he works with range from the high level athlete who can't break out of an injury, to the post-grad former athlete looking to train hard and get after it.
Chris Travis is the owner & CEO Seattle Strength & Performance (SSP) in Seattle, WA. Over the course of 5 years, Chris has opened 3 SSP locations and grown a training gym business that boasts 700 members and over $2M in annual revenue. Before fitness, Chris worked for a decade in corporate technology and business at Amazon. He lives in Seattle with his wife and 10 year old daughter.
Bryan Krahn, CSCS has worked in the fitness industry since the early 1990s and is an online coach, specializing in physique transformation for busy men over 40.
He’s also a writer and author of two books — Men's Health Muscle after 40 and Men’s Health Max Muscle at 50 — and has written hundreds of fitness-related articles, and edited many more.
Most importantly, he’s a dad.
Dr. Cassandra is an author, professor, and personal trainer. She uses her areas of expertise (nutrition, resistance training for women, group exercise, yoga, and low FODMAP diets) to alter the lives of her clients.
Logan Brodine is a seasoned Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade in the tactical sector. Currently serving as the Tactical Program Manager at the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Logan leads professional development initiatives and assists in organizing major conferences for tactical professionals. Previously, he contributed to the growth and success of the 10th Special Forces Group's Human Performance Program as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, integrating holistic training methods and spearheading initiatives that enhanced funding and operational capabilities.
Coach Kevin Duffy is a Golf Digest Top 50 Fitness Coach since 2018, specializing in golf fitness and rotational power. The former Head S&C Coach for WPI Football and Becker College Hockey, he now leads small group training for golfers of all levels.
Dr. Kyle Balzer treats people across the full spectrum of age and movement capabilities. By operating under a hybrid insurance and cash-based insurance model, Kyle is able to spend entire sessions to help his patients achieve their goals of moving better, feeling better and getting back to the activities they enjoy.
Sara has been teaching group exercise and personal training for the last 22 years. After working in corporate wellness for 15 years, she started her own fitness and nutrition business. Sara currently oversees customer fulfillment and the #Moderation365 nutrition program for Jill Coleman Fitness (JillFit) while also teaching college nutrition and exercise courses at her local community college. Sara is also the Chair to the NSCA-CPT Exam committee and continues to train both adults and elite youth soccer players as well as planning fitness events throughout the country.
